As a customer, do I have to pay anything to Easyhomefix? If not, then how does Easyhomefix make money?

Easyhomefix is completely free for you. We work with our service providers to give you the flexibility and convenience of using our services from anywhere and anytime. We charge a nominal flat charge from our service provider.

What is the turnaround time for fixing our problem?

Once a job is posted, we see that most of the requests gets confirmed within 1 hour of the job being posted. However if it’s a long holiday or a very specialised job, then it might take a longer time to fulfil. However the good news is that most of our service providers understand the customer needs and are monitoring this platform 24 x 7. So if you raise a request at 2am don’t be surprised to see that at 2:30am, someone has accepted it.

Why should I use Easyhomefix over other handymans?

HOW MANY BIDS CAN I GET?

There is no limit on the bids you can receive for the job. It depends on the number of service providers interested in your job.

ONCE I START RECEIVING THE BIDS, HOW CAN I CHOOSE THE BEST SERVICE PROVIDER?

Our enhanced platform allows you to see the ratings and the bids of the service providers. You can also chat or speak with the providers to share more about your job and also ensure you’re your job can be done satisfactorily. Based on the ratings, quote and chat, you can select the provider you want to go with.

ONCE I SELECT THE SERVICE PROVIDER, WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?

Once the job is allocated to the service provider, the service provider will visit your address on the date and time of the job. Incase if the service provider needs more details, he might contact you prior to the job.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF PAYMENT?

YOU CAN EITHER PAY DIRECTLY TO THE SERVICE PROVIDERS OR PAY TO EHF THROUGH ONLINE PAYMENT FEATURE.

As a service provider, do I have to pay anything to you monthly?

No, there is no monthly or periodic fee. You are liable to pay only a flat charge of $5 per accepted job. It does not matter whether you do a job worth $50 or $2000, our charge will still be the same i.e.$5 as we don’t charge any percentage or additional charges.

As a service provider, do I have to pay anything to you if the customer is not at home or if the customer refuses to get the work done?

If the customer is not available, we will first verify with the customer and will not be charging you $5 as we do understand that your time and money has been wasted. Also, if the customer refuses to get the work done for reasons other than your charges being high, you will not be charged. However if the customer refuses because he feels that your price is higher than the market, in that case we will be charging you, as on this service platform, we want to deliver high quality jobs at competitive pricing.

IS THERE ANY LIMIT TO THE BIDS ?

NO, THERE IS NO LIMIT. YOU CAN BID FOR AS MANY JOBS AS YOU LIKE. JUST MAKE SURE THAT CUSTOMERS TIMINGS DON’T CLASH AS WE ARE THERE TO PROVIDE CONVENIENCE TO THE CUSTOMERS.

ONCE THE CUSTOMER SELECTS ME, WHAT SHOULD I BE DOING?

THE BEST THING IS TO GIVE YOUR CUSTOMER A CALL AND TAKE MORE DETAILS OF THE ISSUE SO THAT YOU DON’T HAVE TO AGAIN TRAVEL TO THE HOUSE FOR GETTING ACCESSORIES.

YOU CAN ALSO CHAT WITH YOUR CUSTOMER IN REAL TIME ON OUR IMPROVISED WEBSITE AND TAKE MORE DETAILS.

HOW WILL I GET PAID?

CUSTOMER MAY CHOOSE TO PAY YOU DIRECTLY OR THROUGH ONLINE. IN CASE OF ONLINE PAYMENT, THE CUSTOMER WILL PAY EHF AND THEN WE WILL TRANSFER THE MONEY IN 2 WEEKS.
